Mission Statement

•        First and foremost, Clubhouse will establish and maintain a safe, secure, and enriching environment for all the children in attendance. Our policies and procedures will come together to support this standard.

•        Our focus will be on providing quality care, not quantity care. We want our facility to provide the best possible experience for every child who attends. We will accomplish this by maintaining group sizes that allow for individual attention, and optimal caregiver/child ratios.

•        We choose teachers who have a talent and love for working with young children. We rely on them to tailor their own curriculum for their class, within the guidelines and parameters we set for each age group. We are committed to our teachers, and partner with the state to provide them with opportunities to continually further their knowledge, training, and education.

•        Each child who enters our facility comes in with a variety of strengths and capabilities—those that are known and those that are yet to be realized. We are honored to be a part of uncovering their potential.

•        We will all foster (and ourselves benefit from) a growth mindset across all developmental levels and stages. A growth mindset encourages children to embrace new experiences and challenges that come with trying something new. We will use empowering language and feedback that encourages children to learn and embrace new challenges.

•        We recognize our purpose in each child's life. This purpose is to serve as a resource and support for the child and their family. We provide quality care so that parents can work, attend school, and fulfill their obligations outside of the home with the reassurance that their child is secure and happy with us.
